Tests – from HBS Talentflow™ |
|
Whether
you are trying to choose between the Cage Rattler
or the Smooth Operator, make Gold from Base Metal,
or simply De-Risk your Hiring processes, HBS Talentflow™
offers clients a wide range of tailored selection
and development profiles and reports. We are now pleased
to announce that the SHL OPQ test
instrument has been completely revised and upgraded. |
|
Candidates
of all educational levels will find the OPQ
32R test very much more user friendly including
the fact that it will take considerably less time
– around 30 minutes. Following extensive research
the new scoring methodology and simplified format
that has been introduced provides greater precision
and superior psychometric properties. |
|
This
helps further to underpin decision making in selection
and maximise payback from development initiatives
that include the use of psychometrics. |
|
| All
information previously gathered is entirely comparable
with the new outputs so that, in the event that you
wished to utilise past tests in training and development
initiatives, meaningful comparisons can be made. |

| Management
Judgement and Graduate Potential |
|
SHL
Scenarios has been upgraded to now include
separate reports appropriate for Executives, Managers
and Graduates. Graduate Scenarios tests the potential
of graduates and their level of management understanding
relative to their lack of business experience. (Please
contact
us
to discuss a trial Graduate Scenarios test). |

Watson
Glaser Critical Reasoning: Previously a paper
and pencil based test, this is now available online.
It still needs to be supervised but the online process
allows for instant report back with a new set of narrative
documents |

Tests |
|
The
SHL ‘Verify’ Verbal and Numerical
tests are soon to be joined by ‘Checking’
and ‘Calculation’ tests for general
staff testing. |
|
We
are also introducing the Rust Advanced Numerical
Reasoning Appraisal. This test (RANRA) measures
numerical skills which have clear relevance for managers
and decision makers in organisations. Unlike many
numerical reasoning tests, RANRA uses a format designed
to assess higher level numerical skills involving
deduction, interpretation and evaluation |
